Last saturday 22 Aug 2009, started to introduce solids to Tristan.
Started off with a wrong food jar - Organic Carrot from Earth Best.
Carrot should be given some where 7 or 8 months onwards.
But since i have started him on that, i continue to feed him that for the next 2 days. But number of feeds is very little.
just to see if he will have any allergic reactions to it.
Thank God, his palms and feets didnt turn orangey. :)
Last Tuesday 25 Aug 2009, introduced tristan to Avocado Puree.
Made it myself. Is actually very simple as avocado can be served raw to babies.
Mix with freshly squeezed expressed breastmilk to thin it.
Hehe, loves the reactions when he first taste both carrot and avocado...
Still have not decided what is the next to introduce to him..
